Please read the below terms & conditions prior to booking.To secure the date of your event we require a holding deposit of $150. This deposit is refundable if you wish to cancel and provide 14 days notice prior to your event date. Full payment for the remaining balance must be made 14 days prior to the event. A damage and loss deposit of $200 is made at the time of full payment, this is refundable if there has been no damage or loss of items.Providing there are no damages to any of our equipment on collection we will refund your security (damage) deposit within 48 hours of the party.
Cancellation Policy Texan Teepee require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the date of the party for cancellations, otherwise the holding deposit if forfeited. All equipment remains the property of Texan Teepee at all times.Set up and dismantle arrangements
Texan Teepee will agree a pre-arranged times for both the setup and collection of your slumber party event.
Texan Teepee politely request that all areas are clean and cleared ready for our arrival to set up and have clear pathway from your entrance. Client needs to ensure that there is sufficient space available, and we will not be moving any furniture or clearing space at your venue.
Please DO NOT allow pets on our equipment and we ask that you adhere to a NO SMOKING policy while the teepees are set up in your property. Shoes must also be removed before entering teepees. Any stains/smells that require extra cleaning will mean your damage deposit is not fully refunded, and should this not cover the cost of cleaning or replacement additional charges will be invoiced to the hirer.It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide all the necessary information required on the booking form at the time of booking. This includes but is not limited to, informing Texan Teepee of where the equipment will be installed including the floor level and the proximity of parking.It is the responsibility of the person(s) hiring the equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or prevent damage to the equipment. The hirer must ensure that all of the equipment maintains its original condition for collection the next day. Any damage or loss to items will be charged.All sizes quoted are approximate.Texan Teepee has the right to substitute hired equipment with similar equipment without notice in the event of previous loss or damage.Equipment shall only be used for the intended hire purposes. Hanging or climbing on the tent will cause damage, is dangerous and MUST NOT be allowed. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure you have adequate space for the equipment you hire so that installation can go ahead as planned.All shoes should be removed before entering the teepees tents. All equipment set up indoors and intended for that use must remain indoors at all times during the hire period.Texan Teepees recommend the use of our teepees for sleepover purposes for children over the age of 3 years, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure any children using the equipment are suitably supervised at all times. The hirer (client) assumes all liability for and agrees to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and protect the Supplier (Texan Teepee) from and against any and all liability. The Client agrees that the Supplier (including its owners, agents, employees, successors and assigns) accepts no liability for any claim for personal injury, sickness, death, loss or negligence on the part of the Supplier however caused.Texan Teepee reserves the right to remove equipment should they feel that the customers conduct or use of the equipment be dangerous to themselves, anyone using the equipment or the safety of the hired equipment. In this case all equipment will be removed and no refund will be given.At no time will any level of abuse be tolerated towards Texan Teepee Staff, should this occur we reserve the right to cancel your booking and forfeit of your holding deposit.At the time of confirming your booking, you (the client) agree to the terms and conditions as listed above.
