How long does it take to set up?
Teepees: Our set up times will vary depending on space and the number of teepees you have chosen for your party. Typically, a setup of 2 to 3 teepees would take around 1 hour, with larger setups of 4 to 6 teepees taking around 1 hour 30 minutes approximately. We will always aim to get set up as quickly and efficiently as possible but will not leave until your party looks perfect! Collections will be quicker with most collections taking around 45 minutes.
What areas do you cover?
Texan Teepee is based in Sienna, Missouri City. We will deliver and set up sleepover parties within a 10 mile radius. We will take bookings outside of this area, however they may incur an additional charge, This will be discussed and agreed upon at time of booking.
How much space do I need?
Each tepee with mattress measures approximately 160cmx90cm. if you would like to have a breakfast tray placed in front of the tepee this would require an extra 40cm. If you are unsure of the space you have then please feel free to send us a picture of your room. Many customers find they will need to rearrange some furniture to make space and we will do our best to work with you and make it possible to fit the number of teepees you require.
Do you need a parking space to set up?
Yes please! We will have lots of equipment on the day and will be returning to our vehicle frequently to unload so we do require a space on your driveway or very close to your property please.
What age range is suitable for the tents?
We recommend the tents being used by children age 3+.
Can the tents be used outside?
The A frame tents are only to be used inside so that we can ensure they stay clean and tidy for use. However, if you have a request for outdoor events then please contact us and we will discuss some options with you.
How are the tents and other items cleaned?
Hygiene is extremely important to us and all items are thoroughly cleaned, washed and wiped down after every single use.
Are the teepees waterproof?
No, they are not waterproof.
What is included when I book a Dream Away Teepee party?
Each package includes:
Bespoke hand-crafted tents
String light / Decorative garland
Plush foam mattress measuring 160cmx80cm
Fresh fitted sheet / bed linen
Snug duvet and Pillow
Breakfast tray
Personalised peg board or light box

Can I add on additional tents?
Yes! We charge an additional fee ($75 each tent).
You can simply list how many tents you would like to reserve in your party in the Booking Form and it will be included in your final invoice, based on the most efficient pricing.
Am I able to rent the tents for just a few hours?
Yes, you are able to rent the tent for only a few hours, however the original prices remain the same.
Can I hire teepees for more than one night?
Yes. Simply make a note with your inquiry.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of the booking. A request to change dates within 14 days of booking will be denied. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
Can the children eat in their tents?
We kindly ask you to be mindful of what kids are eating and drinking to prevent stains in the tents and linens. No eating or drinking inside the tents, please make sure kids use the food trays.
